Translation: Continue to develop and sustain a solid mentoring program.

 

Action: Develop and participate in programs to encourage college/high school students to enter into the architecture/engineering field.

Translation: Establish Post activities that focus on the professional development of young members with the intent of capturing their interest and encouraging their participation in the Society.

Action: Support Young Member programs and activities.

Translation:  Recognize Post members, Sustaining Member companies and public agencies and feed in to Society Awards Program.

Action:  Enhance recognition of members who contribute greatly to SAME.
